The Latest Fine Dining Rage

makes me happy.


Byrdie's dinner is usually some slight variation of the dinner above. 

Broccoli.  Bell peppers. Carrots. Sweet potato.  A protein.  A dip of some sort, like tzatziki or gravy.


Which is also similar to the kind of dinner we (Kev & I) eat most nights. 

Bell peppers.  Asparagus.  Broccoli.  Shrimp.  Nuts.  Goat cheese.

The difference?

The foods Kev and I eat may touch.  Get all intermingled in a bowl even.  With the dip (dressing or sauce) spread all over the top!

Byrdie prefers her's deconstructed if you will - so very avant-garde.
