makes me happy.
Something I've learned about helping the children during their moments of distress,
is to do exactly that... help them.
Discuss these where these big, adverse feelings come from.
Empathize, and let them know you too have felt something similar.
Knock around possible solutions to bring more peace and balance to the moment.
Help them.
Sounds so simple now.
