Kev, Kelly and myself continue to workout Monday thru Friday mornings from 8:45am till 9:15am. Our workouts are quick and intense, yet always mindful and gratifying.
Upon completion I savour the high from the initial spike in adrenaline and continue to reap the benefits all day long as my mental capacity feels decidedly more focused and full of patience.
Ye ol' body feels strong and balanced, and I have more then enough energy to play all day with the girls.
And finally, am I looking like Kate Moss? Not even close.
